Yevgeniy Milyavskiy is a graduate of the Cleveland Humanities High School. He currently studies piano performance at the University of Southern California. Yevgeniy says he first knew he was an artist during his debut performance with the Belarus Chamber Orchestra. "I was aware that the audience was there to listen to me, and in a way, it was my duty to present a great performance and make people happy," he said. He says his most important artistic moment was becoming a winner of the Music Center Spotlight Awards and performing at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in front of an audience of 3,000. Yevgeniy's awards and honors include finalist in the senior division of the 2004 MTNA 10th Missouri Southern International Piano Competition, 2003 ARTS Music Finalist, ASCAP Leiber & Stoller Music Scholarship in 2002, First Prize Winner Spotlight Awards, and First Place in the Pasadena Fine Arts Club Competition.
